You can't park on either side of this sign.
There is no blanket 3 hour limit that I know of, just that most areas say no parking 12am to 7am or 12am to 9am without permit.

parking question in toronto
I need to brush up on parking signs, how do these signs work, you can't park between these two signs right?

Also, in Toronto, they have a limit of 3 hour parking maximum? Even if it is very late, like after 12 am? I tried to read the info on those parking dispensing machines but they do not tell you much
