Passive Cool AGP
Currently looking for a passive cooled AGP video card,shipped to Vancouver.
Video card I would like to spend no more than $50 shipped on. It should play at least Civ 4 on a good resolution without any lag. Keep in mind that I can pick up one of these (http://www.ncix.com/products/?sku=46...anufacture=XFX) at NCIX for $50.
I would also prefer to deal with someone local, but willing to except shipped as well.
