He also had memorable roles on the NBC TV series, Columbo and the British TV series, Secret Agent Man.

BTW, they have remade The Prisoner, which will be shown on TV soon. I think I saw some previews for it.

He was the star of Secret Agent (aka: Danger Man in Britain) - it used to play here on A&E I think, about 15 years ago - great theme song by Johnny Rivers.

He directed five Coloumbo episodes and won two Emmys for his acting in that series.

As for the Prisoner remake - I'm scared. They'll almost certainly dumb it down and ruin it. The original is a must see TV series.
