T&C states "Receive 5% cash back (“Cash Back Rewards”) on your 3rd purchase and each purchase thereafter through December 31, 2009 (excluding tax and shipping), made from any participating Canada or U.S. merchant when you use PayPal as the payment method (“Offer”). Purchases made at eBay.ca or eBay.com do not qualify for this Offer."

Welcome page list ebay.ca as fav store but T&C excludes them. WTF.
