T&C states "Receive 5% cash back (“Cash Back Rewards”) on your 3rd purchase and each purchase thereafter through December 31, 2009 (excluding tax and shipping), made from any participating Canada or U.S. merchant when you use PayPal as the payment method (“Offer”). Purchases made at eBay.ca or eBay.com do not qualify for this Offer."
Welcome page list ebay.ca as fav store but T&C excludes them. WTF.
For my American PayPal account I got a very similar invitation:
https://www.paypal-promo.com/cashbac...-87649-1499-17
However, it says: to purchase "from any participating U.S. merchant when you use PayPal as the payment method ". Canadian merchants do not participate

Too bad paypal isn't like GCR that list the transactions. I've no idea which ones qualified for my cashback.

That's true. And it is also difficult to monitor their cash back. However, according to my experience, they always give you what was promised, I had participated in 3-4 promotions (like $20 off $20 or $20 off $40 or similar). Also good experience with Google Checkout.

Problem with this offer was the qualifying store. I can't tell which one qualified with rebate and which didn't with the rebates for half the values of purchases. There were too many conditions for this 5% cb offer.
