You can pay any bills in advance.
They removed TenantPay a few months ago and it was great. I was paying my rent with my credit card and paying off my cc with my debit and thus creating a cash back effect with my pc elite card. Racked up like $500 in free groceries in no time.

Too bad they removed that billing though.

I'm confused by this whole thing. Could I not pay my credit card with my credit card?
You cannot, because they have specific list of billers you can pay.

Hmmmm....trying to figure if this is worth it. I already pay my Property taxes using Pre-authorized and will need to break it.
After the promo period, is there any cashback at all for using the service to pay bills?

A lot of hate for the app: OP didn’t give a full description.
1) PayTM lets you pay most bills like Utilities or Property taxes with a MasterCard without any fee (used to be all CCs, but they recently made it MasterCard only for the fee free option)
2) with the above you get credit card rewards you wouldn’t have otherwise
3) on top of that you get 2% cashback through PayTM which you can use towards bill payments as well, it’s not just “rewards”
4) you also get a $10 sign up bonus if you sign up via a referral
Thanks for your contribution. Added to the main post.

You don't need to break the pre-authorized arrangement. If your payment through PayTM results in a credit in your account, the pre-authorized debit should not be activated.

How do you prepay? I don't have PayTM yet and have never used it, was thinking about signing up to pay my property tax. I do installments for property tax so if my first installment is in Feb and my second is on March but this expires on Feb 1 how do you prepay?

You can pay any amount you want. Any overpayment will be registered as a credit in your account for future deduction.

No, it forces you to use a bank account to pay credit cards
