For those who made a "Gift Card Inquiry", where do you do that? Through the ratesupermarket website? I was unable to find a link. I got my cc 1 month ago, but still no sign of the gift card.

Does anyone know if I get 30 points per dollar on Shoppers gift cards? Could be good if I use it on a 20x points day.

Yes through Ratesupermarket. They got back to me pretty quickly, 2-3 weeks in total to get my gift card once I did the inquiry.

Too bad the gift card doesn't include amazon again like late last year, or I'd probably nag my wife into getting one!

Used two 5000 PC Plus point coupons when paying with a TD Aeroplan credit card. Big mistake as coupons must be used with this card. Lost out on 10,000 points. It's really a crappy card nonetheless with 1 point per $1 spent, even at Superstore, which makes it not a keeper after the signup bonus.

Where did you get this info? Supposedly it's 3 points for any store carrying presidents choice items such as t&t, Osaka, superstore, shoppers and no frills. 10 points for superstore gas bar.Cypherus21 wrote: ↑Mar 22nd, 2017 9:55 pmIt's really a crappy card nonetheless with 1 point per $1 spent, even at Superstore, which makes it not a keeper after the signup bonus.

80k annual income. How do they verify this? Not sure if cc companies can get access to my tax report?

Applied online Feb 12 via ratesupermarket. Got approved email on Feb 22 from PC. Got the cards on March 10 and just got the link to GC today March 22. So just a bit over a month and got both GC and cards.

Why did I only get 1 point per $1 spent at Nofrills by using this Mastercard, not 3 points?

I don't think the $80k really matters that much and is more based on your credit score. I just put down $80k even though I don't make that much. Got my M/C in 10 days.

As if by magic my gift card email arrived today before I even got a chance to email them. Took one month after I got the card. FYI, the email I got said this: "If you don't see your gift card after 10 days, please be sure to first check your spam folders - sometimes these cards like to hide out in there! Still no sign of it? Not a worry. You can contact our Customer Care Team directly at customercare@ratesupermarket.ca"

I havn't been keeping up with CC's ...my current daily driver is the MBNA Smart Cash which I've noticed I'm hitting the reward cap almost every month now.
Is there a cap on this? Would it be a better replacement as my daily?
