I can't find any mention of 20k points. It appears that aspect is dead?

Okay, so it appears people are still getting 20k. When did you apply?

There’s no iOS app for this card?
ugh that's disappointing. But I guess I manage using my Rogers MasterCard, which also doesn't have one.

Does the online portal at least show pending transactions?

applied over a week ago... still no response from PC regarding application. Do they email or just send the card out?

I never heard anything from them ie. no email or phone call. My status on ratesupermarket went to approved after about 4 business days, and then about 4 business days later the card was in my mail box.

Have people tried calling PC Financial and trying/hounding them to price match the deal $100 + $20?

They probably won't because the extra reward may be RateSupermarket's kickback finder's fee that RS may be bouncing back to the applicant??

Late to the game here.
What does RateSupermarket get out of this?

They are owned by a mortgage broker called Kanetix and have all their marketing & public relations done by BlueSkyCommunications.

Do they all get our financial details?

Do any of them telemarket or mass e-mail you afterwards?

The BBB has no reviews on them, though there were 4 complaints that were resolved with the issuance of gift cards.

My guess is they are willing to give up most or all of their referral fees in exchange for building a marketing database with solid recent financial consumer data.

Do they resell this data or use it internally to market their own aftermarket mort

I applied last night around 6pm. Just got emailed now (20 hours later) with approval for the World Elite Master Card. My credit rating is well in the 800s, so I don't know if that has anything to do with the quick approval.

Here's hoping I get my $100 iTunes gift card promptly. Hello 10 months free of Apple Music!

same here. I applied about the same time (6:00pm yesterday) and got approval email at 2:06pm. But then, many financial company offer instant approval already. What I want to know though is what the credit limit will be. Some companies offer instant approval but with very trivial credit limits; that was almost meaningless to even apply...Angry Face

I have this card. Coupled with my Scotia Momentum Visa Infinite, it's pure gold! I double dip on points at the grocery store (4% cashback on Visa) plus the PC points for shopping there, plus digital offers. I double dip on points at Superstore gas bars too. 4% cashback on the Visa and 2c/litre PC points on the gas. Now with the Shopper's Drug Mart points/PC point merger it gets even better. 2% cashback from the Visa plus PC Optimum points for spending at Shopper's. The Scotia card is also good for 2% on recurring monthly bills.

These 2 cards are earning me over $1000/year even after the $99 fee for the Scotia card.

I got an absurd credit limit with mine. Should be high.
