Anyone else sign up for the PCI program with the targeted offer of 100k points? I lost the initial email, and cannot find when the points are granted, or when the $99 annual fee is charged. My PCF MC currently shows no fee and I signed up about 4 days ago. Thanks!

I signed up too with 100K bonus points.

Should arrived later since the process is slow based on my experience dealing with PC.

I am in the same situation. I received the e-mail confirming my acceptance into the program on Sept. 7. In the invitation e-mail, it did say that it will take from 4 to 6 weeks to receive the bonus optimum points. I have not been charged the annual fee, yet.

Got my 100k pots last week, it took around 2 weeks.
I see the $110.xx charged on my PC MC.
Wondering why 110 and not 99.99 + 13% HST

So Insiders gives 20x the points on online Luxury Beauty purchases
20x the regular PC Optimum points Points benefit applies to online luxury beauty orders at shoppersdrugmart.ca/beauty. You will get 200 points per dollar of your eligible purchase in addition to the regular 10 PC Optimum points per dollar earned for all purchases on the President’s Choice Financial Mastercard.

I assume this is calculated when the charge posts to your Mastercard. So spend $100, get 1000 base plus 20000 bonus. It seems this will combine when they have 20x points online, which will give a pretty amazing discount overall.

Somehow I missed that the 20% back in points for category spending (eg. Diapers and formula) is excluded at SDM. That kind of makes the program less appealing but at least it's still free for the first year to try out.

2 20% in Points: Points benefit applies only to select categories purchased at participating Loblaw banner stores only. Product categories are: all baby diapers and formula, all PC Organics products, all Joe Fresh® branded products. Loblaw banner stores exclude Real Canadian Wholesale Club. Also excluded are Shoppers Drug Mart, Pharmaprix, and T&T Supermarket

I got my 100,000 points today after signing up on September 4th. I mean it's basically free and I figure I'll try it for a year. The only thing I saw was to remember to cancel 5 days before the renewal date and you have to phone them, couldn't see an option to do it online. I also wonder why I was charged 103.95 because I thought it might be sales tax but that's less than GST.

Umm, you guys do realize $103.95 is $99 + GST. My guess is if your province doesn't have an HST tax then it is only GST as PST doesn't apply to membership fees in some provinces.

I'm a huge fan of the PC Plus program but not a single "benefit" here is appealing to me...
x2. Not signing up either, waste of money and a completely useless program for me.

Ah you're right I totally thought it was $99.99 before tax for some reason. Makes sense.

To follow up on this.. I made a $117.60 online Shoppers Beauty purchase on a 20x day.

Received:
31500 points - 20x purchase on website
23520 points - PC insider 20x PCF points
1176 points - base PCF points
2352 points - PCF WE bonus

58548 points total - pretty much 50% of spend. Awesome deal!

(Plus $4.20 ebates!)

Does the free click and collect include the PC express pick up I've seen at shoppers drug Mart?
