I have the world elite PC master card that's supposed to give me 30 points for every dollar spent at PC stores. I bought over $10,000 worth of gift cards for work but they only gave me 10 points for every dollar. Didn't see anything in the t and c. Do I have a case to call and ask for my points?

Give it a day or two. After that try doing an online point inquiry. That always works for me.

likely depends where you bought the giftcards — and maybe what you buy?

the 30pts/$ is only at select stores, otherwise it's just 10pt/$ ... but maybe giftcards are subject to a different tier of rewards?

I have the PC elite card too and just noticed on my PC plus app my recent food purchase at superstore only gave me 10 points for every dollar.

I think they are trying to get away with *****. Not impressed. I've had the card a few months and now wonder if all my PC purchases have been 10 points

If you are redeeming points (say $100) for a grocery purchase, and you have $20 in produce, will you still receive the 6000 pts?

Not sure if the Guiding Stars offers are different but I've always received my bonus points even when paying partially with points.

they will include the following items sold in the produce department, in this offer:
nuts in shell (e.g. walnuts, pistachios)
refrigerated juices like POM, Bolthouse Farms
packaged salad like Dole salad
refrigerated dips
refrigerated dressing like Renee's

check PC Plus offers on Friday to see if you have additional points offer for produce

use reusable shopping bags + PC debit or credit card, to get more PC points (tip: you must swipe your card but if you want to pay with cash, you will still get the points for your reusable bags --> shows on your receipt)

Would you be kind enough to post a scan of the relevant part of the receipt? How many points do you get (per bag "saved")?

I always use a reusable bag but I don't think I've ever gotten points. My receipt sometimes shows,

Code: Select all

NON DEPARTMENT
53398 PC GRN PC POINTS RJ 0.02
53399 PC GRN PC POINTS J -0.02
I say "sometimes" because sometimes the cashier asks how many bags I need. (I always say, "None.") I don't know if the above relates to this but I've never seen any points result from it.

you got the points
code 53398 followed by code 53399 AND you PC plus card swiped, gives you PC points
to ensure you get the points every time, watch that the cashier has inputted on the screen, and don't pay until you see these codes

Read the fine print on the offer, it often says you cannot when redeeming.

Was this from your personalized offers or one that everyone can get?

How many points do we get for bringing a reusable bag?

Also, what is everyone getting to make up the $20 for produce. I guess I don't eat healthy enough to total $20, lol!

Check your offers to find out. It was not part of my regular offers and has the same background as the Guiding Stars offer for what that is worth.
