20x Milk Coupons @ SDM?
I've been getting and using these weekly for a few months so I get my milk @ SDM.
Was away few weeks back and didn't use the offer. The next week, I did not get the offer so I bought milk there without the offer expecting one again this week but got zilch.
Are people still getting this offer in their PCO Offers this & last week?
Am I done with stopping in @ SDM weekly for milk (always end up buying more stuff when I'm there)
I've had the 20x milk offer consistently the past few weeks because I've bought milk every week...I let last week's milk offer lapse and I didn't get the offer this week. I did get a good spend offer though ($20 get 4k pts) so I might count that as savings towards the milk. We have two separate PCO accounts and only one received the "when you spend $ offer".

I’m confused. Do I use the same card etc for shoppers and no frills?

I had an offer which I checked and it went red. For every $6 spent on Kind bars get 1200 points.

There on sale at no frills $1 each.

I just bought 12 bars.

No offer was given= 1200 x 2 it should be the way I see it.

Did I do something wrong? When I check my account I see the transaction but I didn’t get any points. Never mind the bonus.

Thanks

Offers come in (a) all stores and (b) only specific stores, e.g. SDM-only varieties. Is it possible that this was a store-specific offer?

If not then sometimes the PCO computer doesn't have all the eligible SKUs ("part numbers") associated with a particular offer. For example there may be 10 varieties of this bar but for some reason the computer doesn't have all 10, each with a unique SKU, in the system. It's happened to me. In that case, doing a points inquiry got me the points.

P.S. It never hurts to do a points inquiry if you didn't get points you believe you should. Worst case they deny. Medium case they deny and give a reason so you'll know for next time. Best (and in my experience by far the most common) case, they give you the points, even if there may be some doubt.

I predict that we will have offer to link PCO to speedpass similar to linking Aeroplan to speedpass a few years ago
I just received email to link PCO number to speedpass.
They are not fooling around as they want everyone going to Esso.
But I will stay with Mobil/RCSS station to get 10 cents off/L.

Sorry, on the second read, Esso is still working the linking PCO to speedpass.
For the time being, you need to use PCO card and speedpass together.

Awesome! I just sent them a message today to ask if having your PC Mastercard entered in Speedpass+ app as the form of payment is enough, but I didn't get an answer yet. (The FAQs on the PCO site say that simply paying with your PC Mastercard itself at the pump or in store is enough to get all your points.)

Sorry, I did not read my email in details. They are working on the linking part. For now, you need to use speedpass with PCO card together.

Did anyone else get the August 7th email that offered 10,000 bonus points if you spent $25+ on participating brands between 6-9pm on Tuesday August 7th? Because I did. I signed up and went there at 8:30, purchased $30 before taxes and only got 435 points. I aimed the system would apply the bonus points later, but nothing happened and so I emailed the pc optimum people about it and they said that I went there at 10:30 and not 8:30. I have my physical receipt and it even says 8:31pm on it. Is this some scam?

Gotcha - I'm hoping that setting PC Mastercard as the form of payment within Speedpass works for you to collect your points per litre, because that'd make things super easy.

Did you ever end up getting these points? I haven't. I messaged them 5 days ago and they say it's a know problem and will be resolved. It wasn't, messaged them again yesterday and they said they looked into my account......and said I didn't have an offer... So basically accused me of lying, I replied back with screenshots I took on the day I went to fill up, send them two, one of with the offer on the bottom of all my offers, and one with the details of the offer in full screen, they better fix it.

Also, regarding the offer, something weird was happening with it. Initially showed as $40 in both title and description, then $50 in title and $40 in description, then $50 in both, and back to $40 in both. I took screenshots of it just in case as well. Spent $43 on gas so they better give them to me.
No, I waited until the 4th day (past the 72 hours) and submitted the missing points inquiry, and they refused to add the points Angry Face

I am in a battle with them about this right now. So far no progress. The screenshots helped and apparently they are now forwarding my request to a specialist, and requesting a picture of the receipt as they can't find the transaction. I have the receipt at home and a screen grab from my pc financial credit card, will send it to them, they better bend, if they don't, I will give them a call as it's unacceptable. I basically filled up gas right as it jumped by 10c per litre, I didn't need gas at the time but did it just to get these points.

Funny and embarrassing but since I haven’t got caught up in the points program like many. I didn’t realize you don’t accumulate points from purchases at no frills . Only from offers at no frills.

So I take it that this is a common thing with them and not giving points?

I don't remember it being this hard to get points that you deserved but din't work at POS . But it seems lately, the run arounds are getting to be a thing of the day. I haven't shopped much lately so not speaking from experience, but I have read lots of stories on another site of points being denied even though the points are deserved.
