I am in a battle with them about this right now. So far no progress. The screenshots helped and apparently they are now forwarding my request to a specialist, and requesting a picture of the receipt as they can't find the transaction. I have the receipt at home and a screen grab from my pc financial credit card, will send it to them, they better bend, if they don't, I will give them a call as it's unacceptable. I basically filled up gas right as it jumped by 10c per litre, I didn't need gas at the time but did it just to get these points.
I had an offer for 10k PCO points for $40 or more of gas at Mobil stations. Expriy was August 1st, I fueled up July 31st. Didn't get my points within 48 hours. Sent inquiry for missing points. They replied please wait for up to 72 hours. I wasn't sure if it's 72 hours from purchase or 72 hours from inquiry, so I waited until August 7th. Still didn't get my points so I replied to their first email. They emailed back:
Please know that we are aware of this issue and are working to correct it as soon as possible. All points earned will be added to your account shortly. We're sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.
I'll email them again next week if the points don't show up. The turnaround time used to be under 24 hours for missing points. SMH.
But at what cost

For those who filled up at Esso today, do you earn the same point as Mobil? The official information is confusing.

Did anyone else get the August 7th email that offered 10,000 bonus points if you spent $25+ on participating brands between 6-9pm on Tuesday August 7th? Because I did. I signed up and went there at 8:30, purchased $30 before taxes and only got 435 points. I aimed the system would apply the bonus points later, but nothing happened and so I emailed the pc optimum people about it and they said that I went there at 10:30 and not 8:30. I have my physical receipt and it even says 8:31pm on it. Is this some scam?
Yes, lots of us got it. There's a thread devoted to it here:
shoppers-drug-mart-10-000-points-when-y ... y-2212955/

You didn't mention using the coupon. This was a coupon offer so you needed to present the coupon to the cashier (either paper or on your phone). Then the points would show up immediately on your receipt. I'm wondering if that's what went wrong with your transaction?

So I just had my points inquiry rejected. Tuesday I bought a bunch of stuff at Loblaws got all the points except for an offer for poultry for 2600 pts.

Then through the app i requested the points and got an email saying theres no record of me buying poultry. And another email saying the case has been closed.

Then I emailed back with a photo of my receipt which clearly shows I bought bnls ckn brst as its written on the receipt.

That was 2 days ago no response. Its the 1st time I havent received the proper points after inquiring. Its so annoying. And in the email they say dont forget you have to login and load the offers before purchase. Even though I had 5 other offers go through on the same transaction. I just hope to get my points.

Funny and embarrassing but since I haven’t got caught up in the points program like many. I didn’t realize you don’t accumulate points from purchases at no frills . Only from offers at no frills.
Not just NF, but any other merchants that isn't SDM. I do want to mention that PC Optimum themselves don't make it very clear on that part.

Try calling in, they can deal with the issue and give you points right away. I find the people who reply to emails don't always read the points inquiry message or look beyond the basics to get things sorted out.

Did you ever get these? I haven't myself. I sent them a point inquiry and the replied with this:

"Thank you for contacting PC Optimum Member Care.

Please know that we are aware of this issue and are working to correct it as soon as possible. All points earned will be added to your account shortly.

We’re sorry for any inconvenience this has caused you.

It’s been a pleasure to assist you today. Please let us know if you have any further questions.

We kindly ask that you do not delete or change the reference number in the subject line of this email.

Sincerely,

I wish I had gotten that message instead of the one I got saying the offer expired after a certain time (I guess implying I had purchased after the offer expired) or I had to load the offer to my card (I guess implying I hadn't loaded the offer). Telling them I had used the offer well before it expired and I HAD loaded my offers brought an emailed request for me to send a scan of my receipt.

I had to call them and after quite a long useless conversation the rep checked and told me there was a glitch in their system that wasn't awarding points for the gas offer.

Being the second points offer in one day, one for a grocery item, the other for gas, that I had to do a Points Inquiry for missing points I'm getting annoyed with this program. The offers aren't as good as they used to be and I'm jumping through too many hoops to get points owed.

Also my offers included revlon products? No SDM banner. I don’t think I can buy these at NF even if I wanted to.

Why don’t they specify the store for each deal or at least SDM specific.

Because although Revlon products may not be available at No Frills, they are at other PC+ Loblaws Group Stores (RCSS - Loblaws) in their Health & Beauty Dept

Honestly it’s great the way it is...

More choices on WHERE to redeem the Offers, as prices (and sales) can and do differ between store brands
(Same reason you choose to shop at No Frills)

Revlon at Loblaws or SDM
OR
Eggs at Loblaws or SDM
(even at the same price... if no Personal Offer, at least one gets the 15 PCO Base Points / $ 1 at SDM)

Choices, make the world go round

Was it an offer you held over from previous week/s? I had that happen with a Saputo cheese offer. Didn't get the points after purchase, waited forever for an online points inquiry, and when I finally called in, they had a heck of a time finding it in my offers history.

Hi ! I normally do not use Esso but got stuck on the highway.

I purchase $ 45.20 worth of gas - 35.7 Litres and I received 350 PC Points automatically.

They were base points - I did not have a bonus voucher or offer .
I have never had a bonus offer for gas from PC.

Virtually the same payback as Shell now with the 3X airmiles.
Shell has certain limitations though.
However I will stick with Shell as they always give me a free coffee.
