I did use $ 80 - 20 % of $ 400.
I am not sure IF it does default out that way as I have never made a purchase of really any value on Seniors day.

It's still a "coming soon" thing I think - I asked them if setting your PC Mastercard as the form of payment in Speedpass+ app works the same as paying with PC Mastercard at the pump. Their reply didn't really answer the question so I'm waiting for a response to my follow-up question - but he did address the fob:

Yes, after they outright rejected me the first time, I opened another points inquiry (what other option did I have?) and the 2nd time, they replied with the same run around as you: requesting a picture of the receipt, for a transaction that shows up right there in the PCO app. So, anyway, I sent them the picture, and that's where I stand now. I too, went to Mobil even though they were more expensive than others because I figured it'd still come out cheaper after the point award, but I guess I learned my lesson now.eblend wrote: ↑Aug 9th, 2018 3:27 pmI am in a battle with them about this right now. They were base points - I did not have a bonus voucher or offer .
I have never had a bonus offer for gas from PC.
Virtually the same payback as Shell now with the 3X airmiles.
Shell has certain limitations though.
However I will stick with Shell as they always give me a free coffee.
No support right now. I saw a message where they said that they hope to bring PCO to SpeedPass by the end of the year.

YES definitely paid with a PC WE. So I will see a further 1% later in the week - so 450 points.
BUT I would see the same 450 PC points at ANY gas station - including Shell and Irving - with the 1 % back.
General confusion on whether a PC Optimum card was actually required. The lady said no but the man said yes. So they tapped the keyfob.
They will have to get that straightened out.

Not really common, at least not in my experience. Every once in a while there will be a product on the offer I bought that didn't get registered, but those are usually resolved very quickly with no questions asked. Because Mobil is not PC Plus directly it's proving more difficult.
Yep that's what they initially told me. Guessing it was one of these 2 that was the downfall to getting the Missing Points from the Electronics Offer to stack with the 20x the Points Event
For kicks, I checked out the recent SDM Flyer that advertised this 20x the Points Instore Offer (Saturday ~ August 4th) and found this disclaimer (NEW ?) in the T&Cs on Page 10 of said Flyer
IMO, that gives SDM an out just about whenever they wish as far as stacking / double dipping for points.
If you are to try again, I would do so WITHOUT any reference to the previous PCO Earns on the transaction, and no links to the previous inquiries / replies, and probably go other channels than linking via the website or App to the transaction record. Just file a seperate Missing Points Inquiry or call the CSR Line directly.

I called and told them I would not be sending in my receipt or answering any more emails. Today I got an email from No-Reply <email@example.com> reminding me to send in my receipt or they would close my "case" in 5 days. The email also said "To respond with more information or questions, you can reply to this email.
