NO doubt. I've seen my fair share in the inbox. But from the sound of it, this is the first time PCF has been phished

Mar 25th, 2006 11:09 AM #4prob cause the ppl sending out these emails haven't heard of pcf until now, plus its was such a small operation before that it was unlikely anyone getting these emails actually banked with pcf.

Do people still fall for these phishing operations? If I got an email asking for my bank account numbers and passwords, I'd be a little suspicious.

"If you are receiving this message is that u have one or more accounts......."
They even typed "u" instead of "you"

You get those kinda emails for every type of company where they want your information.
I got an email saying I had just sent money for a paypal transaction even though that email address doesn't even have my paypal account associated with it. I would never trust anything in my email inbox, just go to the webpage yourself.

Those free ipods, can work. But it's not worth the time and effort. It's more technical, with lots of restrictions. You might end up waiting much longer than you expect.
