Pentax OptioS for $180, good deal?

Theres a guy locally sellin one for $180, with 64MB card, 2 batteries, and says "in good working condition"... this a good deal?

if it's a plain s... no, but if it' s one of the higher end model... yes.

I don't think it's a particularily good camera for the money. Too small with buttons that can only be operated if you have very petite fingers.
