Did u get some? It does taste very crisp with real sugar. I find sticking it in the freezer for 40 mins gives the best taste.
Yeah, I forgot to bring my SDM flyer with me, so I settled for 2 for $8 @ Walmart.
FE 26 18 is the expiry date on the bottom of my can, so even after they stop making it, if there is enough supply, Throwback Pepsi can still last well into the winter.

Before you run out and buy some more, check your flyers for this coming week. Loblaws, Independent and Valu Mart have it on sale starting today for an even better price, $3.33!!!!
Hoarding time!!

Too bad the Throwback Pepsi isn't available in the 6 x 710ml size. 2 day sale $1.99 @ SDM Saturday June 10 and Sunday June 11.

You guys are going to get super-fat from drinking all this sugar. I don't think i can exercise enough per day to burn off 1 can. If all you hunger is for the refreshing taste then drink 10% of the can and leave the rest for the next day.

how does kosher coke compare to pepsi throwback? I can never have both of these together in 1 setting to taste test the difference.

It's only 40g of sugar per can. Walk to the store, (bring your cart) use the cart to walk back home with the pop, (if the walk is not too far) and there's your first batch of exercise vs driving there or riding a bus.

Kosher Coke and Pepsi Throwback are much smoother and caramel-y vs the HFCS counterparts I find.

If you are comparing Kosher Coke vs Pepsi Throwback directly - well that's apple vs oranges in terms of taste (Coke vs. Pepsi) but I find both are equally smooth and mellow in taste.

I do prefer Mexicoke over Kosher Coke - Mexicoke tastes better to me with no after-taste, whereas Kosher Coke has a weird after-taste...no such weird after taste with Pepsi Throwback - maybe because I have only had Kosher Coke in plastic bottles (I don't like drinking pop out of plastic bottles)....

ya there isn't some weird aftertaste for the throwback compared to Kosher. I'm not sure it's the packaging that makes the difference. Surely something that is packaged within months shouldn't have some strange aftertaste.

I'm noticing that places that sell it cold often charge $2.49 while places selling it warm are offering 2 for $4. (Often found on a display at Loblaws & Other stores)

If only I was near a Loblaws store-I'd definitely visit the Queen's Quay location to see if it has the 2 for $4 offer! Thanks for that deal.

Walmart is selling 2 for $4 or $2.48 each. (warm) Look for the display. If you're lucky, there might be a deal in one of the coolers, but I'm honestly not sure.
