i'm the one suing it and i did it to show this teacher what i am. My mom said that being called a geek is part of life.

1. Peter Browne ("Peter") is a Student at Gordon Graydon Memorial Secondary School ("GGMSS") in Mississauga, ON and is in the International Business and Technology Program at GGMSS. Peter also was a student in Ms. Kelly Fotinos' ("Fotinos") Grade 10 Canadian History class ("CHC 2DT") in the second semester of the 2005-2006 school year.
2. GGMSS is a school operated by the Peel District School Board ("PDSB") and has many different programs, one of which is the International Business and Technology Program.
3. The second semester of the 2005-2006 school year started in February, 2006 and Ended in June, 2006.
4. GGMSS is located at 1490 Ogden Ave. in Mississauga Ontario. The majority of events happened at GGMSS.
5. Peter feels that he is a victim of emotional and psychological trauma suffered as a result of the actions of Fotinos, which were illegal under Ontario Regulation 437/97 (1.5 and 1.7). It was also a violation of the Human Rights Code (1 and 12).
5.1. Fotinos constantly made comments about Peter which embarassed him and she singled him out as the "Geek" with comments such as "I thought you weren't a geek anymore" and by confusing him with another student which she felt was a "nerd"/"geek" because he was constantly reading.
6. According to http://www.helpguide.org/mental/emo...ical_trauma.htm, the symptoms of emotional and psychological stress include, but may not be limited to, "Eating disturbances (more or less than usual)”, "Sleep disturbances (more or less than usual)", "Low energy", "Chronic, unexplained pain", "Feeling out of control", "Withdrawal from normal routine and relationships", "Difficulty making decisions", "Decreased ability to concentrate" and "Feeling distracted".
6.1. Peter has been eating more than before the events, sleeping less than before the events, has had a much lower amount of energy than he had before the events (even when he gets a large amount of sleep in a night), constant itching in random parts of his body which he has no explaination for and finds to be chronic, feels like he does not have control of his life and what happens to himself, he has been spending more time alone in his bedroom on his computer than before the events, finds it hard to make decisions and found it hard to concentrate in school as he felt distracted because he constantly was thinking about Fotinos' comments.
7. Peter received a mark of 45 in Grade 10 Mathematics (MPM 2DT), which he feels is a result of Fotinos' comments about him.
7.1 He constantly was thinking about Fotinos' comments and he had the MPM 2DT course period 2 and CHC 2DT period 1. The comments were made during period 1.
7.2 Mr. Nicitopolous was Peter's teacher for period 2 (MPM 2DT) and made a comment that Peter could not concentrate during his class.
8. Peter feels that he is suffering considerably because of Fotinos' comments and actions
