Good price, but I have to say, I tried the Tidy Cat litter when they had the free coupons and it was the worst litter I've ever used. It just turned to dust when trying to scoop it up.

So you're saying the cheapo stuff at Walmart @ $8-10 for 22 KG is better than this stuff?

How does Costco's 35 lbs cat litter for $7.99 compare to this?

Costco is good, but I found PC brend litter from No Frills / RCC / Lawblows to be the best in scooping out hard and soft soils.

We have been using Costco stuff for about 4 years and IMHO, it is fantastic. They do go on sale for $5.79 occasionally and we buy about 3 to 4 boxes. You get a bigger bang for your buck with Costco litter.

Do you mean No Name? I've never noticed a PC brand cat litter at Superstore.

Are you out East? I've only noticed a green 18kg bucket of litter purrfect cat litter at Costco and it's over $9.

No offense, but if you like Costco, you should try Petsmart's house brand. I found Costco's quality comparable to the cheap Walmart litter, which doesn't clump well at all. Petsmart's brand is called Grreat Choice. They clump really well and the price is cheaper than Costco and Walmart when on sale.

I will give the Purrina Tidy Cats a try, thanks OP.

No offence taken. It appears that you might be getting different cat litter out west than what we get here in the GTA. This cat litter we use, clumps really well for both big and small jobs and there is hardly any smell. We clean every night though.

That could be why! I don't have rave reviews for the litter sold at Costco west.

Cat litter sold in Quebec Costco sucks big time - it doesn't clump well and has bad odor
