Phone battery life

Hey Im upgrading from a HTC Desire 510, great phone for only $100 new a few years back, and even still it gets a full days use on battery, when it was new it would last two days on full charge.

I was going to buy a used nexus 5 as an upgrade, but the owner told me it gets only 4 hours per charge, I guess cuz its used. I read that even a new Nexus 5 would last about a day on full charge. Is this how all the high-end phones are? Im not used to having to recharge mid day and carry a charger around.

nexus 5 came out like 5 years ago, it is not a high end phone anymore. I just upgraded from a nexus 5 to the xiaomi note 5 pro. The note 5 pro is the low-mid range phone but it is infinitely better than my nexus 5 in all aspects including battery life.

The nexus 5 has an easy to replace battery that you can get for cheap off ebay, with a new battery; I should last about a day.

I would strongly suggest you do not upgrade to a nexus 5, it is a complete dinosaur.
I workout to get big so I can pickup bricks and ****.
