Phone bill and local calls
Ok, here's my question.
I just subscribed to basic phone service through Bell. (about $21+taxes). If I only make local calls and dial collect for long distance, will my phone bill be higher, or does the $21 cover local calls? I expect to talk about 10 hours a month.

If it's a land line, the local calls are included in the monthly fee. You may want to note though that Bell charges a Network charge, something like $4.25 per month.

Only if you are in their long distance saving plan.
