Phone companies have d worst customer support - CBC survey
Both Telus, Bell and Rogers tops the list (from the bottom) of customer support according to a recent cbc/ctv survey.
One of their most "clever" way to made huge money is to switch your free calling plan from say 6 pm to 8 or 9 pm, and charging you for all the calls you made during those time frame.
I am with Telus and when i called about it, they first put me on hold a few times (so they can check blah blah blah) and then cut me off so i have to called and waited on line again, finally they admitted the error but said anything that's over 60 days they cannot do anything about it!
My friend is with Rogers and similar thing happened, she signed up for the 6 pm plan, and now they are saying you have to be on a 1 year contract in order to have 6 pm plan, meanwhile charging her for all the calls made during those time.
They'll frustrated you to death if you want to fix your bill.
They are nothing but shameless Corporate Thief!
