Photo backup

Just finished a little project that might be useful for some users here. After researching a cheap alternative on how to backup my photos when in the field, I've came across a nifty program called Little Backup Box that runs on a Raspberry Pi. It automatically backups your camera memory card to another USB device automatically without having a keyboard/mouse or display connected. Once it has been fully transferred the files, it automatically shuts off. This may or may not be for everyone but if you have a Raspberry Pi kicking around, this could be a nice little project and useful backup solution.

Always better to have an off-site solution for pics, I personaly use Crashplan since it's very affortable for unlimited cloud storage.

This isn't to replace long term backup - I do have all my pics across 2 hard drives and on Google drive. This is meant to have backup when I need it during shoots and don't want to lug around a laptop. I can have 2 copies while on the road and do my backup once I get back home.
