Photoshop and Plugins
Anyone use any good plugins for photoshop? I did a search and nothing came up. I was wondering if anyone has any good suggestions for quick and easy photo manipulation that can soften/sharpen/create good effects for photos. Looking for mostly easy to moderate levels of use. Thanks.

I use Noise Ninja plug-in to remove effects of noise... at the same time can also help to somewhat sharpen the photos =)

I use Portraiture and NIK's Viveza and Silver eFex. Those three are probably the best plugins I've ever used and get the majority of use in my suite.
