Pizza Hut panormous pizza false advertising!!!

"Over 40% BIGGER than our large pan pizza!"

Image

BS! It's two rectangular pizza's in a box. Each pizza is smaller than there large pan pizza. I ordered this last week expecting a huge pan pizza but instead I got two small rectangular pizzas.

How do I go about suing them?

Have you actually measured the pizzas to confirm your accusation?

I heard the two pizzas together measure around 12"x18" and a large has a 14" diameter. If you do the math, then it does work out to roughly 40%.

This is assuming that the panormous is 12"x18" or 12"x9" each pizza:

Panormous area
12 x 18 = 216

Large Pizza area
(14/2)^2*3.14159 = 153.93
153.93 * 1.40 (40% larger claim) = 215.5

However since the panormous is actually two pizzas, the crust ratio is much higher on the panormous than a large pizza. Therefore, you definitely are not getting 40% more cheese, sauce and toppings.

If got it delivered then you should've just refused the delivery saying that this isn't what you wanted to order.
