[Pizza Pizza] Free order of Half moon Cheesy Bread - delivery only

Use coupon code BN529C for a free order of cheesy bread on your next online/app order. Does not appear to be a minimum purchase required. I was able to make it to the checkout screen with just the cheesy bread in the cart.

Generic coupon code from the "Crack the Cardboard" promotion.

Expires December 15/2017.

Only works for delivery orders.
Where are you getting this information from?

From there rules & regulations: http://cdn.pizzapizza.ca/o33/static/PPL ... 1441555992

It states
  • 125,000
  • One (1) order of Half Moon Cheesy Bread
  • Valid online/mobile only. Expires Dec 15/2017. Must purchase a minimum of $9.99 (before tax and delivery) to redeem. One coupon per order.
  • $4.99
  • $623.750
  • 1 in 12
To redeem food prizes:
All dipping sauce, bags of brownies, jalapeno poppers, half moon cheesy bread and three (3) cans of Coke®, may be redeemed by placing an order online at www.pizzapizza.ca or through the Pizza Pizza mobile apps and entering the coupon code on the winning strip. Food prizes valid until December 15, 2017. Minimum order of $9.99 before taxes and delivery to redeem any of the above food prizes. Not redeemable for cash. No refunds, exchanges or time extensions. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, coupon or other prize redemption. One-time use only. All cheese slices, pepperoni slices, buy 1 slice get 1 free coupons, can of Coke®, small bag of chips, individual fries and individual onion rings may be redeemed in participating restaurants by submitting the original winning prize strip. Food prizes valid until December 15, 2017. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer or coupon. One-time use only. Winning tear strips may not be resold.
Which means that that you must spend at least $9.99 to use the coupon and if you are getting delivery, the $9.99 fee can't include the delivery fee as part of that.

I was able to add it to cart and use Pick Up option for $0. Delivery would have be $4 added.

How is this a freebie? You have to spend money in order to get this. Unless things changed freebies meant not having to make any purchases to get an item free

Successfully ordered the following with free pickup:
-$11.50 birthday special (1 large, 3 topping pizza with 1 dipping sauce)
-Free cheesy bread with marinara sauce

Total: $11.50 . For whatever reason once I applied the code, it took away the taxes, so I paid a total of $11.50. No problem picking up everything.

I've been playing around with the code a bit and have found the following:
- if ordered through the app (at least the iOS version) it seems to indeed only work for delivery and not pickup
- if ordered through the website, the code will work for pickup and it will work without ordering anything else. However I haven't actually placed an order yet to check if they add on a minimum surcharge fee of 4.99 like they somethings do with these free items. I have had a complete order charge of $0 listed on there website yet they will actually bill you the surcharge fee afterwards without an indication. I plan on testing this code this weekend and will report back if there is a surcharge fee or not.

I ordered on my IPad through Safari (not the App).

Tried placing an order for pickup and $0.00 "payment online" but I get this message:
Unable to place order
An unknown server error occurred when attempting to place your order. Please try again.

Has it worked for anyone else?
