We also had an issue with this "convenient" feature. Took cheque images with Ipad, they were crispy clean. In two days we found out they rejected the cheque because "images were blurry". This is total BS and waste of time. Went to TD ATM and deposited there.

App has been updated to automatically take picture. Those who were having issues might want to try this. It can also automatically use the camera flash light if the environment is too dark. Using the old manual mode is still available as an option.

Not sure if anything else has changed(I.e. access to images).

Me personally would rather waste time than gas.
