Please help me connect some speakers re: Polk.AudioRTi6 to my computer

Hey, I just bought some bookshelf speakers for a good price but I don't know how to connect them. Not the smartest thing to do but they were an excellent price so I couldn't pass them up.

Anyone know how to connect these to my computer which has optical and the 1/8" jack port.

Get a receiver/amplier that has optical/coaxial digital input jacks. You can find cheap ones on craigslist.

I don't really know what to look for and I'd hate to ask you to do the yeoman's work but could you?

Nice name by the way; very fitting someone with your name would be replying :)

Ah, how about this? http://toronto.en.craigslist.ca/tor/ele/2278514738.html

I heard some new receivers have wifi/ethernet for stuff like smart phone apps, etc? I guess for this price point I shouldn't expect the world.
