Please RATE and REVIEW Stellar Communications Cell Phone Services

Hello,

I know nothing about cell phones but am looking into getting one with Stellar Communications. But I'd never heard about Stellar Communications until now.

Please tell me how they are compared to other providers? Should I be concerned about the quality of the signal, etc.?
