Please recommend Android Call blocker

I have Galaxy S3 and it has a built-in call blocker, but it basically just silences the phone as whoever calls you is able to leave messages. the issue is, some spammers leave messages and then I get pop up that they call, left message and then Fido sends me their message. Waay too much work to remove all that.
What I am looking for is something that will perhaps give me an option to "drop" the call" so they wouldn't even get to the 1st ring.

I use Call Control (blue shield icon on play store) it disconnects the caller if you choose that option, I still get an incoming call that wakes up the phone, but at least there's no messages. Free app.

:( Unfortunately Fido doesn't have this feature.

Thanks! Installed it. Going to try to see if it works. Now, I just need to remember to switch off this program when I am outside of Canada or change its settings as the options I am interested in picks up the phone and then hangs up, which can turn to be costly if forgotten.

I just use my Android's reject function. These 3rd party call blockers are too shady... look at permissions of Call Control for example:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/deta ... trol&hl=en

Version 3.1.18.2 can access:
In-app purchases
Device & app history
read sensitive log data
Identity
find accounts on the device
Contacts/Calendar
read your contacts
modify your contacts
SMS
receive text messages (SMS)
read your text messages (SMS or MMS)
edit your text messages (SMS or MMS)
receive text messages (MMS)
Phone
modify phone state
directly call phone numbers
reroute outgoing calls
read call log
write call log
Photos/Media/Files
modify or delete the contents of your USB storage
test access to protected storage

Wi-Fi connection information
view Wi-Fi connections
Device ID & call information
read phone status and identity
Other
change your audio settings
full network access
run at startup
view network connections
pair with Bluetooth devices
modify system settings

So do all Androids have the reject function? I didn't see it as an option. I found out I can't have very many numbers in the black list on Call Control either, so that sux.
