and be bankrupt along with the rfd effect =\nitro0610 wrote: ↑wow....couldn't believe the prices for these speakers going at best buy & staples!!
I bought my X-540 at Staples for $59.99 back in 2007 and on many occasions I do see them going for $49.99 @ different places! Why is this speaker selling for so much now?!?!
Had I knew it's going to appreciate in price now, I would've bought like 10 sets back then!! =P

Dell is showing up for $99.99 for me. I would get the set from NCIX but it's $20 for shipping.
Anyone know if there are and B&M stores that will PM NCIX?
I'm just looking for a cheap 5.1 set for my computer as my 2.1 speakers just died.

Got mine for $58.75 at BB after PM'd and taxes.
Anyway, no space for them in the house.
Anyone want them for the same price? If not I will return them on Wednesday. Let me know.

Hey, I got these speakers like a year or so ago from Futureshop at 49.99$ I don't get why they keep going up and down and stuff logitech is whack, lol.
My 2 cents on them:
- Decent 5.1 Virtual on them
- The sub simply is not that great...
- The audio clarity is however superb
- Gets loud enough for a bedroom, that's about it
My bottomline: Get them if a banging sub is not necessary for you.
Else keep waiting for those logitech z5500's and their monster sub that shakes your house and ur neighbours xD! (I've used both a lot.)
