PM and PostReply button placement
Just thought it might make some sense to put the PM button in the Persons info section and group the PostReply button with the other two Reply-With-Quote and Multi-Quote-This-Message "PostReply" buttons. Something like this.

That way the three Post Reply buttons are together, the Private PM is separate and you don't need to scroll to the top or bottom to PostReply without Quotes. just sayin' 2c

The post reply is thread-specific and not post-specific. Therefore it does make the most sense where it is. As for the PM... sure, it could be moved but if all the other related buttons are in the bottom right corner of the post, it would seem counter-intuitive to place one button elsewhere

My reasoning differs in that three buttons perform variations on the function of adding a post to the thread while one button performs the function of delivering a Private Message. This is my reasoning for separating PM from the others. Placing the PM button in the Personal description left section infers a personal contact, whereas the message thread section is public.
Adding the PostReply to the other two types of PostReply buttons aids in Posting a reply without the need to scroll as well as keeping the three possible ways of posting a reply together.
imho, usability is improved when grouped by function and that's about all I can say.
