Police send me a letter

Police send me a letter saying my car involved in collision and they want me to call them.
I don't think there was any collision. If anything, I touch bumper of parked car and no damage at all. I just check my car and there are zero damages.

I am scared if I talk to them, they may try to make me incriminate myself. If they charge me with leaving an accident, that is a very serious charge. I can't afford the higher insurances.

What should I do? Help me, please! I am so stressed out about this.

I think all they are going to ask is to share your insurance info with the other party. You can then talk to the other party and try and settle privately.

If you are so concerned, then drive more carefully and dont 'touch' other peoples bumpers with your car.

If you are unsure of whether or not that happened, that says a lot.

You bumped someone's vehicle and didn't have the decency to leave a note?

How do I know?
I am worried if I contact them, they'll use everything I say against me.

I mean should I use points or xcopper or one of these? Which one is good?
Or do I need a real lawyer?

You hit someone's car. You're guilty.

Do the right thing, you'd expect the same if someone did this to you.
