Nice shots! The beauty of 85mm is minimal perspective distortion, or in the case of using a WA lens, specifically getting extension distortion when subjects are too close (warp).

Love it. Sold all my dust collecting a-mount gear and got the a7iii. Its way ahead of the a7ii, still have that too which does not see much use.
A couple more from same day.

That video does focus on the perks of lens compression using telephoto lenses.

I normally don't do portraits, but thought this one turned out well. Shot during this little girl's baptism (my friend's daughter). I did have to do some photoshopping, since she's like 4 months old, and can't sit up like that in the portrait. My friend was actually holding her, and his face was right next to her. I photoshopped him (the dad) out of the photo. Shot with the A7rii + fe 55 1.8. This was shot in a church, and yes i know there's an object in the background near the top of the flower :)

35 is nice. I got the Rokinon version of it. It is on the noisy side while doing videos but over all its good and specially excellent at less than 1/2 the cost of the zeiss. Just got the Tamron 28-75 and tried it this past weekend.
