It isn't. Some people either just signed up and can't listen/don't speak english/haven't seen their bill or are lying. You won't get this deal for less than $45(employee discount). Anything less than that is not possible. Not unless it's a promo discount that expires(usually in 3-6 months)

I have unlimited Canada and US calling/texting for $50
6 gig data plan for $30
iphone value package for visual vm and caller id for $12.79
Total with tax is $109.65

now this being RFD I know this not a good deal unless you happen to be a power user. Then unlimited calling anywhere in Canada or the US with unlimited texting plus 6 gig of data awesome. I loved never having to worry about minutes or my local calling area.

but I just switched to Telus and Im going to cancel this plan soon

I know. I mentioned that in earlier post. This plan is only good for 1 year after that it'll go on the regular price, however, I'm not under any contract so I will negotiate again when this year ends.

For the non-believers... All of my credits are for 3 years. They will expire next year.
Its 99% impossible to get them nowadays though.
