According to Gamesradar, the recent U.S. Gamestop price drop might signify greater things to come...

Myself, I'm just waiting for the inevitable 3DSiLiteXL with two analog sticks.

FYI, for all that are interested in the $149.99 price for a 3DS RIGHT NOW, Shoppers Drug Mart is selling it for $149.99 currently. (I think sale ends tomorrow)

Either way, I'm glad I got rid of my 3DS this past weekend for $145. I wasn't using it, and I too will wait until a 3DS Lite or any 3DS with 2 analog sticks comes out, unless of course the current 3DS drops to $99.

I think this pretty much means that there will be a 3DS Lite by the end of this year. It will probably be unveiled at E3.

They probably drop the price to get Vita buyers to buy a 3DS instead. Can't be a coincidence this close to the Vita launch. Beside even if a new 3DS is coming out this year, they don't drop the price this soon.

I'm waiting for the redesign myself. Ive just been burned too many times buying the first iteration of a gaming console. I figured this time I might as well wait for the redesign.
