Precon Investment - should you buy a locker?
For those investing in DT Toronto Preconstruction condos, what is you're philosophy on adding a locker to your purchase? Sure they can be quite small and the extra $5k+ to the purchase price is another cost. My premise is with land $$ ever increasing in the city, and condos becoming smaller & smaller, a locker for storage can be add beneficial value when selling down the line. Thoughts?
