Prepaid Credit Cards

I was wondering If you have to be 18 to buy prepaid credit cards?
Also , do they only come in 50 and 100 dollar sizes? I am looking for 75 , anyone know of any?

I have never seen a 75, but Vanilla MasterCard can be gotten in a 25.

But beware, some cards have activation fees, and you'll pay twice for 2 cards.
