President's Choice Financial's PC Points going sour?
Some changes in the PC Points reward system are on the horizon for PC Mastercard owners. (Obviously, for those who didn't already know.) Here's what they're saying:

it’s important to know that you can redeem your PC points for the complete selection of online rewards until June 1st, 2007. After that, you can choose from a select number of online rewards, as well as a full complement of amazing in-store rewards!

You can redeem your PC points for the following online rewards now and after June 1st, 2007:

* Cineplex Entertainment Movie Tickets
* President’s Choice Children’s Charity
A great selection of in-store rewards always available!
What isn’t changing is the wide variety of rewards available to take home with you - instantly in-store at supermarkets where President’s Choice products are sold. You can use your PC points toward almost anything you want, whether it’s new cookware for your kitchen, health and beauty products, flowers for someone special or, of course, a discount on your groceries at checkout. The choice is always yours.

Doesn't affect me, I usually only get the 4 blockbuster rental coupons or the 2 cineplex movie passes ofr 20k worth of points.

I have only ever used PC points to reduce my cash outlay at the Superstore checkout. I didn't even know all those other choices were available.
I guess I won't be too disappointed.

isn't spending points in-store the best option anyways? then it's a full 1 point = 1 penny
