At The Brick on Cirville Road in Ottawa they have Strashoff 10,000 BTU Portable A/C's with remote and lcd display, 1 year warranty for $269. There was about 10 left when I was there they are marked $269, they are $349 on the website and when scanned they are $349 but they are marked $269 so the guy gave it to me for that price.

I want to buy one from Toronto, but it says on the box "EER: 2.4" and that can't be right.

the number i got off my air conditioner for customer service is 18662347441 give them a call and find out, i looked in the manual and on the rating plate and couldn't find it...

I live in Brampton. I bought the display model @ the brick. regular price,in the box was $249.
Mine was - the remote. I payed only $149. 10 000 btu. works great.
