[Primecables.ca] 27" 1080p 144hz Curved Gaming Monitor Primecables - $199 shipped

This seems to be a pretty good 1080p 144hz monitor that's vesa compatible for its price. It's a MonoPrice rebranded model.

You can save another $10 with the code "spring10"

Edit: nvm, seems like it doesn't work for items on sale

I'd say max 1 year. May be able to extend on CC.

"It's a PVA panel with all it's goodness and flaws. What to expect: good input delay, 144hz (143.8 actual for my hdmi to hdmi, and 144.2 for DP to thunderbolt), and no blacklight bleeding at all, BUT the trade off is piss poor ghosting, and terrible actual response time. The freesync also auto disables when plugged into any Nvidia graphics cards, so I'm not even sure if it can attempt g-sync compatibility. The included video review was right. This is just an OK monitor and worth the black friday/holiday discounted price."

from the reviews on the site, this is the most negative one at 3/5.

Anyone have experience with this monitor that can speak to using it with g-sync compatability or the actual response time? I'm looking for a gaming monitor to play fighting games on and need it to be lagless.

Looks like it's a perfect option for playing game!
Also a perfect option for web surfing (no ghosting)

I compared a similar option but no curved, the price is very similar, a company like Staples and Dell are offering deals for 27" for the same price as well, however, it's not curved, I ma not sure which is better in term of gaming, I heard that curved gives you the immersive feeling, but I am not sure. Anyways, good deal and I ordered one! Hopefully, I will receive it by tomorrow and I will let everyone knows how it goes!

Isn't the point of 144hz is to reduce ghosting?
