Is primer needed to touchup paint on plastic bumper?

Trying to touchup a scrape on the underside of my front bumper. It's a decent size scrape but only visible from underneath the car, so was going to do a quick touchup. Question is, since it's plastic do I need to bother with primer first? Or can I go straight to the paint? Thanks!

Primer will promote paint adhesion to the plastic. Without it paint might flake off when flexing. If it's inconspicuous, as you said, just clean well with acetone or other cleaner/degreaser and spray it. You have nothing to lose and if it doesn't last , just respray it as needed.
