Lots of stuff on sale Sept 15-27, they had a (up to) 75% off "end of summer" sidewalk sale yesterday (with some remnants today). Complete fluke that I went there today to scope out some trailer hitch parts.

I got 75% off a 110V mini desk fan (from $10 down to $2.50);
50% off a powerfist 1500W heat gun including 4 tips (from $25 down to $12.50);
$1 for a 100 gram set of chocolate tools (was originally $10);
50% off mega-machines and mighty-machines books (down to $7.50 and $10 respectively);
50% off a 2" trailer ball with 1" thread 2.5" long (down to $4.93);
and 50% off a powerfist hose bib (from $37 to $18.50).

Plus I paid regular price for another trailer ball and a couple of ball mounts/draw bars.

GEE if I had known about the sidewalk sale beforehand, I would have been prepared!

Yeah, I couldn't find a better price on trailer balls & draw bars than at Princess Auto. I usually can get parts like that cheaper on eBay (for example, I got two U-Haul bolt-on hitches for under $100 each with total postage like $40 from the States to Canada using Fed Ex from an eBay vendor "TinaVonTease" -- don't ask).

For the drawbar locking pins and trailer plugs, I actually got a better deal at my local neighborhood auto parts store.
