I went to this sale last year. The discount applied to the regular price and not the sale price. Be careful because the sale price might be more savings than their family and friend discount applied to the regular price.

OP mentions off sticker price, regular or sale price. This is not really hot if that's not true.

So much speculation on this thread Grinning Face With Smiling Eyes what to do...

Really inconvenient time for me and I don't need anything, but think of the savings...

For all Princess Auto locations December 9th 5pm-7pm only there is a minimum 30% off EVERYTHING, sale and clearance prices included. That means there is a 30% discount applied at the till, 40% if it is a SURPLUS or TOOLS & SAFETY department item. This used to be an invite only event but they have since opened it up to the public via word of mouth so giving back to the RFD family

Exception: Price overrides (AFAIK no discount on a price override items ex) last sale price)
I never know such a Team Member & Customer Appreciation Night.
Thanks OP!

PEI store close at 5pm
So does my local store but I think that’s the deal. They are open 2 hours later (5-7) than normal for the Customer Appreciation Sale.

OP, are you certain that it applies to sale prices too?

Would also like to know and open to public as well? (not just friends and family)

Last year it was indeed 40% of all tools. I got this digital torque adapter for a good price then.

I am not positive but I believe last year it was 40% off regular price only. It didn't apply on top of items already on sale. To but items that were 50% off you had to wait for this event to finish.

I am reluctant to drive 40 mins into town during our Sunday supper for a sale I may get turned away from. Would really like to pick up a pair of golf cart batteries for our backup solar setup
Then you loose, enjoy your sandwich!
