Two hundred (200) Instant Win Prize packages are available to be won (one Instant Win Prize package per winning entry time) valued from $45.00 CAD to $78.00 CAD each.

There are: Seventy-five (75) Instant Win Prize packages “ A” each valued at $45.00, seventy-five (75) Instant Win Prize packages “B” each valued at $50.00, twenty-five (25) Instant Win Prize packages “C” each valued at $45.00, twenty (20) Instant Win Prize packages “D” valued at $78.00, five (5) Instant Win Prize packages “E” each valued at $70.00.

Twelve (12) Weekly Prizes are available to be won. Limit of one (1) Weekly Prize/per person, during the Contest Entry Period. Each Weekly Prize consists of $500 CAD.

There will be one (1) Grand Prize available to be won.

All eligible entries received during the Contest Entry Period will be submitted into the Grand Prize draw to be held on or around December 2, 2011. One (1) winner of the Grand Prize will be selected by random draw. Six (6) back-up entries will be randomly drawn thereafter, to be used, in the order they were drawn, in the event that any of the primary winning entries or one or more back-up entries do not qualify as per the Contest eligibility requirements.

The Grand Prize winner will receive a cash prize of $10,000 CAD.

a.Standard Entry

To enter the Contest, log on proline.ca and click on the PRO•LINE “Instant Replay Contest” icon. Simply follow the instructions on the Contest Website to set up a user name and password, and fully complete the registration form (answer a few optional survey questions and submit your contact information such as your name, address, email address, and phone number). All subsequent entries will be based on that contact information and you will require your user name and password only for updating your information and for any subsequent entries.

A maximum of one (1) standard entry for a Weekly Prize Draw and the Grand Prize Draw will be credited to each contestant for his/her registration with the Contest.

Limit: one standard entry per entrant. Any entrant who has registered more than once may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Contest Manager, and all of their entries will be nullified.

b.Ticket Entry

One (1) entry into the Weekly Prize Draw(s), as eligible, one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Draw and a chance to win an Instant Win Prize will be awarded when a Contestant enters a valid PRO•LINE, POINT SPREAD, or PRO*PICKS ticket purchased during the Contest Entry Period and completes all steps as instructed on the Contest website. When entering the required information from a PRO•LINE, POINT SPREAD, or PRO*PICKS sports lottery ticket, a contestant must fully complete the online ticket form of entry. Every unique purchased ticket entered by this method results in one (1) entry into the Weekly Prize Draw, one (1) entry into the Grand Prize Draw and a chance to win an Instant Win Prize. Contestants are entitled to a maximum of ten (10) purchased-ticket entries per person per day.

OLG casino sport lottery products Casino Odds, Casino Over-Under, Casino Props and Casino Point Spread are not eligible for participation in the PRO•LINE Instant Replay Contest.

c.No-Purchase-Necessary (NPN) Entry

Contestants can receive one (1) entry to the applicable Weekly Prize Draw and the Grand Prize Draw and a chance to win an Instant Win Prize when they print their first name, last name, full address ( Street, Apt./Suite, City/Town, Province, Postal Code, e-mail address, day and evening telephone numbers, date of birth and the words “PRO•LINE Instant Replay Contest” clearly on one page of 8 ½” x 11” paper and mail it and a postage pre-paid stamped envelope to

Contestants will receive a no purchase ticket code in the mail and will need to return to the PRO•LINE Instant Replay Contest Website and log in to submit your PRO•LINE no purchase ticket code on the Enter Tickets page. Once your valid ticket code number is accepted, you will receive one (1) entry valid for one (1) Weekly Draw entry and the Grand Prize Draw and a chance to win an Instant Win Prize.

Mail-in entry code numbers for the Grand Prize must be entered in to the Enter Tickets page by 4:59:59 p.m., Thursday December 1, 2011 (the Contest Period closing date) to be eligible for the Grand Prize. Mail in entry codes for the Weekly Contest must be received by 4:59:59 p.m. of the last day of a respective Weekly contest period preceding that week’s Draw date to be eligible for that week’s Draw. All entries received after the Contest Period will not be valid. Limit one valid no purchase ticket code will be provided per envelope.

No purchase Ticket Codes are valid only for one (1) entry and for those entrants to which the codes have been issued. No code-sharing is permitted.
Each contestant is entitled to a maximum of ten (10) NPN entries per day or ten (10) purchased ticket entries or any combination of both totaling ten (10).

d."Opt-In" Entry

One (1) entry valid for both one (1) Weekly Draw entry and the Grand Prize Draw will be awarded for each of the following opt-in selections:

i.when, upon registration, a contestant selects the opt-in feature to receive Promotional Information from OLG, completes all steps as instructed on the Contest Website, and submits his/her selection as instructed. Each contestant is entitled to one (1) such entry for the entire Contest Entry Period;
and
ii.when a Contestant selects the opt-in feature to receive information on Research and Surveys from OLG, completes all steps as instructed on the Contest Website, and submits his/her selection. Each contestant is entitled to one (1) such entry for the entire Contest Entry Period.
and
iii.when a Contestant selects the opt-in feature to receive Sport Lottery Mobile Results Alerts from OLG, completes all steps as instructed on the Contest Website, and submits his/her selection. Each contestant is entitled to one (1) such entry for the entire Contest Entry Period.
And
iv.when a Contestant selects the opt-in feature to receive Sport Lottery Mobile Event Status Notifications from OLG, completes all steps as instructed on the Contest Website, and submits his/her selection. Each contestant is entitled to one (1) such entry for the entire Contest Entry Period.
e.Bonus Entries

i.Tell-a-Friend sign up: You will receive three (3) bonus entries for each of the applicable Weekly Prize Draws and the Grand Prize Draw when you send a ‘Tell-a-Friend’ email from the Contest Website and your friend registers with the same email address to which the message was sent. Maximum of fifteen (15) ‘Tell-a-friend’ entries can be earned during the Contest Entry Period. For senders of “Tell-a-friend” emails to earn bonus entries as described above, their friends who sign up must meet all the entry eligibility requirements, including age and residency. Tell-a-friend sign-up bonus entries are eligible for Weekly Prize Draws and the Grand Prize Draw.
ii.PRO•LINE Go with your Gut: Choose to play the “Go with your Gut” on-line game and you will earn from one (1) to five (5) bonus entries, awarded randomly. Bonus entries are eligible for the Weekly Prize Draws and the Grand Prize Draw. Limit one (1) play per day.
iii.Multiple Ticket Entry Bonus: For every five (5) valid PRO•LINE, PRO*PICKS or POINT SPREAD tickets entered during the Contest Entry Period you will receive one (1) bonus entry for each of the applicable Weekly Prize Draws and the Grand Prize Draw.
