PROBIKEKIT new coupon codes
TDF100 for $10 off on $100 total
TDF150 for $25 off on $150 total - your order has to total $183 to get $25 off (just did it) . Their exchange rates are a rip off but nobody can compete with their prices + free shipping.
If you're around $175 on your order buy food or some Jagwire cable ends for $2.76 as a filler.

The prices seem pretty awful imho.
I mean just looking at inner tubes they are $6 for the cheapest kind and there is no way they made a road bike tire that is anywhere near the cost of $100 to manufacture. It's like a diluted version of Chanel. Or a little brother of Monster equipment. In other words, it's a bit overpriced. Plus you face brokerage/custom fees when they get to Canada.
edit: I didn't factor the free shipping but even after the fact, I couldn't find any real hot deal. Warm at best?

If you are looking for wheels I would suggest merlincycles out of the uk. They ship wheelsets for free if over 200 british pounds in cost. They also ship via TNT which arrives duty free! At least it did for me and my friend. We both ordered custom built wheelsets.

I've been shopping @ PBK for the past 4 years. I always wait for their 10 and 15% off codes which seem to always happen around the cycling Grand Tours: the Giro, Tour de France and the Vuelta. Never been hit with customs/duty charges yet but YMMV. Their road bike tires are half of the retail Canadian prices and with free shipping it is a no brainer to buy them. My friend just bought some Fulcrum wheels from them and is ecstatic at the deal he received. You will be hard pressed to find cheaper prices for the same products anywhere else.

This is where I shop all the time: http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/
Never had to pay duties on bike components, shipping is free if you spend $100cdn and packages get to my door (Kitchener, ON) within 5 business days or less with the free shipping option. My last order a few weeks ago got here in 3 business days.

I've ordered from pbk and chainreaction. Both great service, fast shipping, no duties and prices are way better than anything I've found in Canada. They usually ship royal airmail which hands the package off to Canada Post. Canada Post charges an 8.50 handling fee YMMV. Usually get the items in under a week and everything has been correct. I've ordered wheelsets and a trainer with no extra shipping charges.

Does chainreaction ever have coupon codes? As for PBK, they're my only source for tires, tools and chamois cream. With free shipping, I'll try to break my order down into $20 bits. Meaning, I'll only order one tub of cream at a time rather than several at once. Logic being, customs won't even glance at a parcel that comes in under $20.

Actually that's the law. No customs fees or taxes if order is below $20 CAD. Keep it close to 20 and it usually slides past.
I've ordered probably 20 times from PBK and was over $20 maybe 8 times. Of those 8 times got dinged with duties maybe 2. YMMV
Great place to high end tires and their sales. Otherwise the prices aren't amazing. They used to have 7 day deals that usually had some great loss leaders.
