Prohibited right turn ticket, Fight or Pay?

Hey, I got a ticket for Prohibited right turn on small street in North York, By law 31001 38(a), I saw the stop sign but didnt realize the 4pm-6pm no right turn sign, the cap was camping there, the fine is $18.75, the fine is not the big deal, my question is:
1) will it take points off?
2) will it effect my insurance?
3) should i pay or fight?
thx

Fight any ticket you get unless you have to lose a vacation day or money at work to do it.

any conviction involving a moving violation will affect your insurance. the fine is never the issue with tickets and lesser degree points, its the conviction on your record that screws your insurance

Just drop by the police station and ask them if there is any points off. If not, pay it.

As a local by-law offence, there should be no demerit point issue. However, it may show as a moving offence conviction on your driving record and possibly affect insurance. Ask your insurance agent or broker to be sure.

There will be no points involved.
It will not affect your insurance in any way.
It will not show up on your driving abstract.

Pay it and move on with your life, surely your time is worth more than $20
