Propane Tank refills in Vancouver

Looking for places to refill my propane tank in Vancouver.
Wondering if there is anywhere cheaper than Superstore.
I know that some of the Shell stations will refill. Some of the other gas stations offer exchange but I prefer to keep my own tank.

I think superstore would be the best bet. When i use to refill tanks at another gas station we had it for $17. Superstore is probably cheaper and i think they might still give you coupons to spend inside.
