Protecting Phone Without Making It Too Fat/Thick
Hi, I'm not too up to date about smartphones, as my current phone is 5 years old. But I know that a lot of phone owners buy a case to protect their phone, so that its screen or exterior doesn't shatter if it gets dropped.
However, I see that many phones are touting themselves as thinnner and thinner, so putting a rubbery case around it will protect it at the cost of making it much fatter. I did some googling, and found that some people are now opting to put something different than a case around their phone - they're putting a "skin" on it. I wanted to ask more about this - are skins made specifically for particular phone models, and what skin would offer the most protection for something like a Galaxy Note 4?
