Cereal is full of crap. Why don't you just have a protein shake?

cereal?
there's no cereal "full" of protein. eat cereal for the carbs and fiber. if you're looking for foods that are good for you physique-wise, look up bodybuilder's diets. they know how to do it. they build, they cut. on demand. if that is what you want, follow them.

Um....
Make your own...
Regular cornflakes + milk + scoop or two of chocolate/vanilla/whatever whey you want
Though I would rather settle for eggs; oatmeal + whey scoop is another alternative_______________

Here's what I eat to replace cereal:
1 cup greek yogurt
1 tablespoon almond or peanut butter (natural, not the icing sugar/soybean oil kind)
1/2 cup raw quick oatmeal
1-2 teaspoons raw honey
1/2 scoop whey protein
You're looking at 40+g of protein, good fat, lots of fiber, nutrition galore. Tasty, too, and doesn't take more than 5 mins of preparation. You can add berries, a banana, coconut shavings, try different nut butters, etc. to flavour it differently.
I need and eat substantial calories, so if you're trying to lose weight, cut the weight of the ingredients down, and use low-fat greek yogurt (I use the higer-fat variety)._______________

Just eat eggs with some meat on the side. Tons of protein and fat and ZERO carbs.
That is how you start they day right._______________
