Would love to try out your service however your sign up seems to be down. I entered my domain name on option #3 and it just sits at the blue scrolling status bar forever.

That's odd as our website has been responding fine for the past month without any latency issues. Are you able to connect fine now?

No, its still not working. Here is what im doing, and what i'm seeing.
I visit your link on page 1
I select option #3
I enter my URL details and continue
The page gets a beige overlay
A white box with a blue status type graphic appears about 1 inch height near the top of the page
Nothing more happens
Tested in Chrome, FF and IE9, same results everything.

Now if you can please fix your SSL certificate errors when logging into Cpanel etc.
173.240.1.194:2083 uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate is not trusted because it is self-signed.
The certificate is only valid for ws1toronto.provisionhost.com
(Error code: sec_error_untrusted_issuer)
As a matter of policy, and of professional security, I avoid any and all sites that use SSL where the certificate is expired or not issued by a trusted source. I hope this is simply an oversight.

Your connection is still 100% secure and encrypted. That is not an error the reason why we don't have a third party signed one is simply the cost justification. We're providing you a free service and having that SSL cert on the ws1 server will not make little difference and only add to the costs. Resulting in less free web hosting accounts we can provide. If you're looking for a verified SSL cert and truly concerned about your "professional security", then you're more than free to consider one of our paid plans.

You can either submit a ticket or complete a reset through the client area. Plans have once again been restocked as well.
